Wavecrest is nestled among tropical flora on the ocean located on Molokai’s lush east end. Views are of Maui and Lanai with gorgeous ocean reef in front. Behind are the majestic mountains that capture the rain cloud keeping this area lush and green.

This is a one bedroom ground floor unit located in C Building towards the end with views of palm trees swaying and Maui in the back drop. Bedroom consists of a king bed with carpet. Bathroom is tiles with walk in shower and a washing machine. The over size kitchen with tile floors has lots of cabinet space, range with microwave hood, small dishwasher and Refrigerator . Living room has nice rattan furnishings on carpet. Step out onto the covered deck and relax on your lanai feeling the breezes coming off the ocean from Maui. From the lanai you are just steps to the oceanfront pool/cabana area which has gas barbecues and bathrooms, all surrounded by a lush tropical setting. Wavecrest also has two tennis/pickleball courts that are used daily among the guest along with shuffle boards.

Wavecrest is 13 miles east of town and very close to many of the quaint beaches of east end. The HOA covers the water, gas, internet, trash, sewer and all outside maintenance. Each floor has community coin laundry .
